What's included in a standard cleaning?
All bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, living areas, and floors - dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and wiped down. Sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs are always included. Inside oven, fridge, and cabinets are available as add-ons.
Are taxes included in the prices shown?
No - NYC sales tax is applied at checkout. Recurring cleans (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) are taxed at 4.5%. One-time cleans are taxed at the standard NYC rate of 8.875%.
How does the commitment discount work?
Recurring discounts (5–15% off) apply automatically when you select a recurring frequency. You must complete the minimum number of cleanings to keep the discounted rate - 4 for weekly/bi-weekly, 2 for monthly.
Is there a cancellation or rescheduling fee?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee to cover the cleaner's time. We'll always communicate this clearly before charging.
Can I add extras after booking?
Yes - contact us before your cleaning and we'll update your booking. Same-day add-ons may not always be possible depending on the cleaner's schedule.
